Lovely Sky Monsters

One of the (few) things I miss about the Midwest is the sky-- in particular, the storm clouds. Since there's not much drama going on in the landscape, it all happens in the wide-open sky. These gorgeous photos from award-winning photographer Camille Seaman gave me a big jolt of nostalgia. From The Atlantic. Here are a few of my favorites:

  1. Stunning photographs!
Every evening just before going to sleep I open the blinds so that I can watch the sky. In the distant past I lived in a house up on top of a hill and used to always say that somehow that home was so full of sky even though it was in a built up area somehow the sky seemed bigger there.
Thanks for directing me to these.
